Octavia Roof Deck

This roof deck was built to preserve views and privacy at the same time. Dimpled glass obscures the neighbors' view and creates a magical color wash effect by reflecting and refracting the light through trees and surrounding foliage as they rustle in the breeze. A stainless-steel, clad-heavy-base shoe system is top-mounted around the stair opening, while the outer deck perimeter is fascia-mounted, making the glass appear to float effortlessly over the Cumaru decking.
